The 100-meter-high twin tower prepared by Supertech Company in Noida, India is going to be demolished today using the 'waterfall implosion technique'.

It is said to be the biggest eruption in the history of India.

According to the Indian media, preparations are being made to demolish these two towers at 2:50 PM Nepali time.

In simple terms, the process of destroying a structure like falling water in a waterfall is called waterfall implosion.

This structure, which is going to be destroyed by using 3,700 kilos of gunpowder, will fall straight towards the ground like water falling from a great height.

9,640 holes are made in these towers and ammunition is kept inside the structure. This technique is used to demolish very tall structures.

This twin tower has two towers; 32-story Apex Tower and 29-storey Sian Tower. It is said that this tower will be destroyed in less than 15 seconds.

It is said that this explosion will produce a sound of 150 to 200 decibels in the surrounding area.

Similarly, this blasting is said to generate more than 80,000 tons of waste, of which 50,000 tons will be managed at the blast site, while 28,000 tons of debris will be scientifically managed at the Construction and Demolition Waste Plant in Noida.

A company called Edifice Engineering Enterprise Private Limited of India is going to demolish this twin tower. The Supreme Court of India ordered the demolition of the Twin Towers on August 31, 2021, considering that it was built illegally.
