In some cases, even though someone has already sent us an email, we are not receiving that email. There are many reasons why emails do not arrive in the Gmail inbox.

The email may have gone to spam
The reason why some people or organizations do not receive emails in your Gmail inbox may be that the email has gone to the spam folder.
If Google's AI (Artificial Intelligence) knows that an email sent by someone is not suitable for you, then the email will go to spam.
In particular, if a person or organization has forwarded the same email to many people, in some cases, the email goes to the spam folder of Gmail. Or if any email contains some sensitive links, Google will put the email in the spam folder.
So, if you have not received any email in your inbox after someone has sent you an email, you can check the spam folder.
Check the internet connection
In some cases, the email may not be received in your Gmail account due to poor internet connection. For that you have to make sure that the internet is running on your device or not.
You can follow various procedures mentioned here to check internet speed. After checking this, if it is confirmed that the Internet is working, then follow other procedures.
Log out of the account and log in again
In some cases, it is not possible to determine what the problem is with Gmail. Logout from Google Account Gmail instead of thinking that you will make email coming by changing different settings in advance.
If any setting has been changed by doing this, the setting will be available by default the next time you log in. Follow the below procedure to logout Google account from Gmail.
First, open Gmail in the browser.
Then click on your profile shown on the top right.
Then click on Signout below to remove the account.
After that, if you log in again with your email address and password, the problem of not receiving emails in the inbox can be solved.
You may have blocked the user
You may have blocked someone in Gmail either unknowingly or on purpose. However, only you know what has been blocked.
If someone has sent you an email and you have blocked that email, then the email from that email address will not appear in your inbox.
To get the email sent by that person, you have to check the block list and remove that email address from there. After removing the email address from the blacklist, you can get the email in the inbox.
Delete unnecessary email
In some cases, new emails may not have arrived due to unnecessary emails in our Gmail inbox.
Unnecessary emails in Gmail consume the storage provided by Google. As a result of which there is no storage for new emails, new emails may not be received.
So remove unnecessary files from various Google services.
Especially, unnecessary emails in Gmail and files in Google Drive consume the storage provided by Google. So when you delete an unnecessary email, a new email will arrive in your inbox.
