Features Added in iOS 16.1


1. iCloud Photo Share


With the new update, now iPhone users can share photos with each other through the Photos app. You can add up to five users by creating a new library.


Five people with AD can use other editing features such as sharing and deleting photos in the library.


 2. Live Activity for third party apps


Now live activity has been added to the Appstore for third party apps as well. By using this feature, the user can see the live activity of other third party apps on their lock screen or dynamic island or the activities taking place in that app in real time.


If you have ordered a ride, you can see the real time information of that ride on the lock screen of the mobile.


The company includes Slopes, Flighty, Landscape, Forest, Carrot Weather, Lumi, Crowson, Pacestal, Liftin, Footmob, Card Pointer, Just Press Record, Structured Daily Planner, Posture Pal, Money Coach, Calgy, Smart Gym, Sticky Timer, TV Remote , Subject, Cowboy-Electric Bike has allowed apps for live activity.


These various app features can be seen on the lock screen and dynamic island. For that, you need to update the new iOS update iOS 16.1.


 3. Clean Energy Charging


The most talked about feature of iOS is the clean energy charging feature. The company says that this feature will help zero emissions.
