Being a victim of constant body shaming, inferiority complex lives in people's minds. "Such people may suffer from depression, anxiety, stress and depression," she says.

Bista says that it is very good to keep yourself healthy but it is not good to change your natural color and texture because of what others say.
How to discourage such a trend?
First of all, parents should teach their children at home not to make fun of someone's physical deficiency or difference. Bista says that the present youth generation is also aware that every person should accept their natural makeup.
Instead of worrying about your body shape, color or texture, learn to accept it. Bista says that if you accept this, you will not be affected by anyone's critical comments. "Because of that, people who make negative comments are discouraged, they feel that I have done something wrong," she says.
