The reason, that increases bad cholesterol

The reason, is that increases bad cholesterol

People cringe at the mention of cholesterol. But cholesterol is one of the essential elements for our body. In particular, cholesterol is a type of fat (lipid) found in our cells. It is necessary for the structure of the outer layer (cell membrane) of every cell in the body. It is good cholesterol.

Cholesterol has a role and a need for proper blood flow in the blood vessels and in the structure of the body's cells. But if the amount of cholesterol in the blood is more than what is needed, it accumulates in the blood vessels, liver, and heart. In particular, it accumulates in the blood vessels, and narrowing of the blood vessels leads to poor blood flow, which can increase the risk of stroke, heart attack, and heart disease.

There are mainly two types of cholesterol. HDL cholesterol, which works well in the body, and bad LDL cholesterol, which can have a bad effect on the body.

Good cholesterol, which is called 'HDL', prevents the accumulation of fat in the blood vessels. Excess bad cholesterol is made inactive in the body through the liver. Good cholesterol is necessary for the formation of body cells.

Along with this, our body also has bad cholesterol, which is called LDL, or low density lipoprotein. This cholesterol blocks the coronary arteries. Coronary arteries supply blood to the heart muscle. This is cholesterol, which is considered to be the main cause of heart disease and heart attack.

When this cholesterol increases in the body, no such sign is immediately visible. Common people cannot identify it easily like other diseases. Therefore, even though cholesterol is increasing, people are not taking measures to control it.

Then why does cholesterol increase?
