Cervical sarcoma can also be cancerous

If it looks like a piece of meat or a girkha on any part of the body, it is known as a poko of wealth in the village. Some people may not even consider these girches as lumps of fat or muscles that have grown from exercise. Do not remain silent when such suspicious dalla or girkha come.

Because some of these lumps of meat can be cancer like sarcoma, not normal.

What is sarcoma cancer?

Sarcoma is a type of cancer, which can be bone, joint, muscle. This cancer cell develops rapidly in the soft cells of the bone. Initially, this cancer develops in 'connective tissue' (tissue connecting two organs). Then gradually other areas start spreading. This cancer then spreads to the lungs.

This cancer is considered rare but very deadly. Because there are more than 70 types of this cancer. Out of which two main types are soft tissue sarcoma and bone sarcoma.

Which part of the body is more likely to develop sarcoma cancer?

This cancer can occur anywhere from the head to the feet.

- There is a 40 percent chance of it happening on the legs, heels and feet.

- There is a 30 percent chance of it happening on the chest wall and stomach.

- There is a possibility of 15 percent in arms, wrists, hands and elbows.

- There is a possibility of 15% sarcoma in the head and neck.

the reason

No study or research has discovered the concrete cause of sarcoma. But there are some factors that can lead to its development.

Hereditary diseases such as neurofibromatosis, Gardner's syndrome and Li-Fraumeni syndrome, if treated with radiation therapy in the past, those who work in fumes and smoke may be at risk of this cancer.

symptoms

The symptoms of this cancer are different. Some patients have no or mild symptoms at first. Sarcoma cancer looks like a lump under the skin. The lump can be both painful and non-painful.

In the beginning, if you ignore it as normal, it can become serious later.

Other symptoms

Symptoms include lumps in the soft tissue, pain in the fingers and toes, red sores and sores, weight loss, pain in the waist, excessive pain in the stomach, broken bones even with minor injuries, fever, and problems in moving the hands and feet.

Test

First, the shape, nature, and growth of the gills are examined in detail. For that, X-ray, video X-ray, CT scan and MRI are done.

If it looks suspicious, a biopsy should be done to check the meat.

What can be done if sarcoma is confirmed?

After the sarcoma is confirmed during the test, it is observed whether it has spread to other parts. If the cancer is at an early stage, surgery is performed on the cancerous part. Then radio therapy, chemotherapy is done as needed.

But when the cancer has spread to other organs as well, the decision is made to decide whether or not to do surgery after the disease subsides by chemotherapy first. Sometimes the pain is severe. Dialytic radio therapy is necessary in such cases.

If it has spread to the lungs, bones, and liver, there is no other option but to prevent it.

Complexity

If this cancer is not treated early, there is a fear of spreading to other parts of the body. After spreading to other parts, there is no treatment. Therefore, if a lump of meat is found on such suspicious skin or bone, it should be tested immediately.
