It helps to make you happy by producing serotonin hormone in the brain. It plays an important role in absorbing the calcium needed by the body. The main source of vitamin D is sunlight. This element is found in milk, eggs, meat, sunflower seeds, etc.


Vitamin E plays an important role in keeping nerves and muscles healthy. Vitamin E is also necessary for normal immune function. Oil, fish, meat, wheat, potatoes, walnuts, almonds, cashews, nuts are the main sources of vitamin E.


Vitamin K helps in blood clotting and maintaining calcium levels in the blood. It helps to stop or clot the blood quickly when it bleeds unnecessarily from any part of the body.
