An average of 20 to 30 milligrams is required. Similarly, its amount can be increased and decreased in pregnancy, lactating women and patients.

Vitamin E is obtained from dry fruits, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, greens, mustard seeds, olives, sesame seeds etc.
