Dashain food: What should diabetic patients pay attention to?

Dashain's tasty food makes Dashain fun, but if you don't pay attention to food, chronic patients may have more problems during the festival. The problem of diabetes is more related to diet. Therefore, people with diabetes should pay a lot of attention to their diet.

However, people with diabetes need to eat regularly, not only during Dashain. Even if you take medicine for the problem of diabetes, if you do not pay attention to the diet, the medicine will not work. Taking medication but not eating will increase the sugar label. Therefore, both food and medicine should be taken together.

During Dashain, there is more work at home than usual, so it is not possible to eat on time. Breakfast can be eaten at once only in the afternoon. In this case, there is a lot of hunger and a large amount of food is eaten at one time. Which can reduce the sugar label. Therefore, due to the problem of diabetes during Dashain, one should be very careful while eating.

No matter how busy you are, you should set aside time to eat. If you don't eat on time, the sugar label can drop down. Therefore, you should pay attention to the time of eating.

When, how often and how much food is eaten by people with diabetes, it plays an important role in controlling the sugar label in the body.

During Dashain, people with diabetes make a mistake in the amount of food they eat. Because it is Dashain, they eat a lot of food and eat meat of Khasi. Since there is a lot of fat in beef meat, it can increase blood sugar and blood pressure. Along with meat, rice, chiura and potato pickles are eaten, it has a lot of carbohydrates, it also increases sugar. Therefore, such foods should be eaten in small amounts.

Sweet drinks like coke, fanta, juice are also consumed during Dashain, this also increases sugar. It is better not to eat such foods. When eating meat, it is better to eat less beef and eat chicken and eggs.

Dishes made of flour like dalmoth, chips and fried furnanda are also eaten with meat dishes, it is better to stay away from such foods.

Too much greasy or salty food also increases the amount of sugar. Therefore, it is better to use less fat when cooking meat and other dishes. Diabetes can be controlled by eating four to five times a day by reducing sugary and greasy foods and adjusting the quantity of other foods.

Along with diet during Dashain, patients should also increase physical exercise. From time to time, you should also check the amount of sugar with a glue meter.
